How long will it take to repair my jewelry?
Repair time may vary depending on the complexity of the problem and the workload at that time. However, in most cases we complete repairs within 7-10 business days.
Can you repair old or inherited jewelry?
Yes, we specialize in repair and restoration of antique and inherited jewelry. Our goal is to preserve their sentimental and aesthetic value, using traditional techniques to restore them to their former splendor.
Do you work with all types of materials?
Currently we only work with gold, silver, steel, precious stones and pearls. Our expert jewelers are trained to handle different materials and repair techniques.
Do you offer a guarantee on repairs carried out?
Yes, we offer a 10 day guarantee on all our repairs. If you experience any problems with your repaired jewelry within that period, we will be happy to correct it at no additional cost.
Will my jewelry be safe while in your workshop?
Absolutely. Our workshop is equipped with advanced security systems and our facilities are secured. We take the protection and security of the jewelry entrusted to us very seriously.
